QUESTIONS?
Everything you need to know about points, perks and passing them on.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your link. Your friend gets $20 off their first order over $25, and once that order ships you get 500 points.
What does my friend get?
$20 off their first HOPWTR order, on a cart of $25 or more.
What do I get?
500 points per friend who orders. That's most of the way to a free reward, for sending one text.
When do my points show up?
After your friend's order ships and clears the return window. You'll get an email the moment they land.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like. There's no cap on how many times you can earn.
Can I refer myself?
Afraid not. Referral rewards need a new customer at a different address, and self-referrals get voided.
My friend's discount didn't apply.
The cart needs to be $25 or more, and they'll need to use the link rather than typing the code. If it still won't take, contact us and we'll fix it.
